Rural Health Clinic

Our Washington County Hospital Rural Health Clinic offers multi-disciplinary care where our providers work together as a team to provide the patient with excellent health care. Our physicians and other providers are here to provide health care and health information for you and your family. Our expanded hours 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, are designed for easy patient access and convenience.

The clinic is staffed by Mohammed Siddiqui, M.D. an internal medicine specialist/oncologist; Marc Zerbe, M.D.-OB/GYN specialist; Alfonso Urdaneta, M.D.-General Medicine and Surgeon; Keith JenKins, M.D.-Family Practice, special interest in obstetrics, diabetes and addictions; and, Rachel Aholt, CFNP, specializing in Family Practice.

Remember, the best way to remain healthy is to get plenty of rest, exercise regularly, eat wisely and if you smoke, have a plan to quit. We can help you achieve simple goals or assist you in your more complex health needs.
