|Accounting Clerk||FT||Under supervision of the Accounting Manager this position will assist with payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other general ledger duties. |
Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business preferred.

|Material Management Clerk||FT||Assists the Materials Manager with ordering, verification and distribution of supplies to all departments and maintaining accurate supply inventory||Days|
|Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant||PRN||Provides primary care services to patients and fulfills responsibility for patients under the supervision of the Medical Director Physician. Functions within the scope of practice defined by the State of Illinois and further defined by the Medical Staff by-laws of WCH|
Education: Master’s Degree
Experience: 2 years of experience working as an APN is preferred.

|Referral Coordinator||PRN||The Referral Coordinator is responsible for receiving, processing, scheduling and following up on all medical referral requests, including in-house and outside referrals for diagnostic testing, medical specialists, or other providers. The Referral Coordinator is also responsible for obtaining prior authorizations for all procedural orders by successfully completing the authorization process with all commercial payers. Additional duties include: logging and tracking all referrals and prior authorizations, scheduling testing or appointments, answer patient inquiries and takes messages for follow up, contact patients to discuss referral and prior authorization status.|
Experience: Six months to one year of the following: processing medical prior authorizations, processing medical referrals and experience in a medical related field.
|Radiology Technologist||FT||Performs routine radiology and computer tomography exams according to procedures. Radiology Technologist may also perform a variety of general clerical duties to support the diagnostic imaging department, including receptionist and secretarial support, admission activities and order entry. The evening shift may also perform registration duties as well as some patient care.||Evenings|
|MOA- Rural Health Clinic||FT & PT||Medical Office Assistant (MOA) is responsible for administrative tasks at Washington County Rural Health Clinics. The MOA interacts with patients to assist in rooming, required communication, and preparation for visit with providers. This role assists providers as instructed.||Days|
|Physical Therapy Manager||FT||The Rehab Manager is responsible for administrative, fiscal, and clinical supervision of all therapy activities. The Manager performs the primary function of leader, staff coach, and manager of the department. The Manager is also responsible for completing all quality and CQI activities for the assigned departments.|
Successful completion of appropriate clinical program e.g., PT, OT, or ST from an accredited college or university. Experience: Three years of clinical supervisory experience in a healthcare environment preferred. Licenses: Valid Illinois or reciprocal state PT, OT, or ST clinical license
|Housekeeping||PRN||Performs routine cleaning and disinfecting in all areas of the hospital. Supports delivery of care by maintaining defined sanitation standards and providing general customer service to patients and visitors.||Varies|
|Network Specialist||FT||The Network Specialist will need a broad background in network management, hardware and software deployment/support and network security. Responsible for supporting systems so that Washington County Hospital staff and providers have the tools they need to provide the very best care to patients.|
Education: Bachelor Degree in related field is preferred.
Experience: 5 years of experience and expert level working knowledge of network infrastructure, operating systems, hardware and software.
|System Administrator||FT||Provides system administration functions and supports the management of the Information Systems of Washington County Hospital.|
Education: Associates Degree in related field is preferred
Experience: 3 years of experience and expert level working knowledge of network infrastructure, operating systems, hardware and software.
|Physical Therapist||FT & PRN||The Physical Therapist is responsible for thoroughly evaluating patients and initiating physical therapy under the direction of a physician. The therapist sets goals and a plan of treatment in order to return the patient to the highest level of function possible. The physical therapist assumes the role of leader, educator, caregiver, and supervisor in the provision of therapy for patients. Is responsible for meeting established standards of Physical Therapist practice.||Days|
|Nurse Extern||PRN||To establish criteria for a transitional employment role for nursing students in good standing while completing their senior year of an accredited nursing program. The Nurse Extern function is to assist supervising nurse in providing quality nursing care while meeting the established Standards of Nursing Practice. The Nurse Extern works under the supervision of assigned R.N.s with assigned patients in accordance with hospital guidelines.|
