Referral Coordinator | PRN | The Referral Coordinator is responsible for receiving, processing, scheduling and following up on all medical referral requests, including in-house and outside referrals for diagnostic testing, medical specialists, or other providers. The Referral Coordinator is also responsible for obtaining prior authorizations for all procedural orders by successfully completing the authorization process with all commercial payers. Additional duties include: logging and tracking all referrals and prior authorizations, scheduling testing or appointments, answer patient inquiries and takes messages for follow up, contact patients to discuss referral and prior authorization status. Radiology Technologist | FT | Performs routine radiology and computer tomography exams according to procedures. MOA- Rural Health Clinic | FT & PT | Medical Office Assistant (MOA) is responsible for administrative tasks at Washington County Rural Health Clinics. Physical Therapy Manager | FT | The Rehab Manager is responsible for administrative, fiscal, and clinical supervision of all therapy activities. The Manager performs the primary function of leader, staff coach, and manager of the department. The Manager is also responsible for completing all quality and CQI activities for the assigned departments. Successful completion of appropriate clinical program e.g., PT, OT, or ST from an accredited college or university.
