| Assistant Director of Nursing | FT | Provides quality patient management through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual needs. The Assistant Director of Nursing will be responsible for the general functions of all the nursing departments and staff during the assigned shift or in the absence of the Director of Nursing. As problems or situations develop will be responsible for addressing the issues and communicating these situations or concerns to the appropriate Administrative person. Coordinates patient’s care plan with all members of the health care team. Assures appropriate admissions, utilization and discharge process for every patient.
