Assistant Director of NursingFTProvides quality patient management through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual needs. The Assistant Director of Nursing will be responsible for the general functions of all the nursing departments and staff during the assigned shift or in the absence of the Director of Nursing. As problems or situations develop will be responsible for addressing the issues and communicating these situations or concerns to the appropriate Administrative person. Coordinates patient’s care plan with all members of the health care team. Assures appropriate admissions, utilization and discharge process for every patient. Communicates with their party payers to ensure reimbursement for patient care.

Education:
Preferred Bachelors of Science in Nursing
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years preferred in a management or supervisory role and case management
Licenses:

RN Rural Health ClinicFTUnder direct supervision of the RHC Manager, this position works within the scope of license or certificate by effectively providing treatment to patients under the guidance of the provider. The employee will assist the clinic provider with procedures, compiling appropriate patient data, and assisting in the care of clinic patients.

Patient Communication and Quality CoordinatorFTPerforms the primary functions of a patient/provider coordinator in effectively assisting with communication requests for a variety of requests. Demonstrates competency in managing the phone calls, patient inquiries, medication refill requests, and relaying requests above certification or licensure to the appropriate provider or nurse. Assists with performing chart audits, and maintaining up to date information as it relates to care and quality gaps.

Speech Language PathologistFT,PT, & PRNThe Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for providing speech, language, and swallowing diagnostic and therapeutic techniques in accordance with state American Speech and Hearing Association, federal laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
Education: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Six months to one year experience in healthcare. New graduates are considered to have met this requirement.

Patient Access RepresentativeFTResponsible for timely and accurate patient registration resulting in seamless hand off to all clinical departments within the facility. The Patient Access Representative interviews the patient, obtains and records applicable demographic and financial information, ensures insurance eligibility, calculates and collects patient portion at time of service. Additional responsibilities include: accepting patient account payments, balancing the daily cash deposit, posting cash, charges, and adjustments, answering telephone calls, and other duties as assigned.

Network SpecialistFTThe Network Specialist will need a broad background in network management, hardware and software deployment/support and network security. Responsible for supporting systems so that Washington County Hospital staff and providers have the tools they need to provide the very best care to patients.

Education: Bachelor Degree in related field is preferred.
Experience: 5 years of experience and expert level working knowledge of network infrastructure, operating systems, hardware and software.
